I usually stick with this brand because I’ve had good luck with them, so I really wanted to love this. It does look and it’s close to the photos, but the stone was a bit smaller than I expected. Still nice, just not quite the wow moment I was hoping for...

I ordered a small necklace and thought it would take longer, but it got here quickly. I got the tracking email about a day later, and then the package arrived earlier than I figured it would. The packaging was totally fine too. I’m giving 4 stars just because the tracking didn’t really update much at the start, which was a little confusing, but I mean… the delivery itself was good.

I bought this necklace because it looked really in the photos and, to be fair, it did look nice when I first got it. But after only wearing it a couple of times, the chain started looking kind of dull, and the area around the clasp began turning dark. I was extra careful with it too, I didn’t wear it in the shower, didn’t spray perfume on it, and I made sure to take it off before doing anything where it might get wet or sweaty. So it wasn’t like I was being rough with it or wearing it constantly. For the price, I expected it to hold up a lot better. It’s cute at first, but the tarnishing happened way too quickly, so I wouldn’t buy it again.

I went on krystleknightjewellery.com hoping I’d find something a bit more unique, i was kind of underwhelmed. The jewellery is definitely in places, so I don’t want to make it sound like it’s bad, but a lot of it felt quite plain to me.

Some pieces looked nice enough that I could imagine wearing them, but at the same time they reminded me of jewellery I’ve seen on loads of other small online shops. It was that weird mix of “this is cute” and “haven’t I already seen this somewhere else?”

Maybe I’m just being picky, but for the prices I expected a bit more originality or something that really stood out. I didn’t hate the site at all, but I still left feeling disappointed.

I emailed them twice about my order and barely got any kind of proper response. Maybe I’m expecting too much, but it really felt like I was being ignored. When they finally did reply, it was super short and didn’t actually help with anything. I don’t think I’d order from them again, because the whole experience just left me feeling frustrated.

The box showed up bent and kind of messy, like it had been tossed around a bit. I noticed it right away when I grabbed it off the porch with my coffee in hand. The item itself might be fine, but the packaging definitely gave a cheap first impression

It’s a decent piece overall and looks nice at first glance. The craftsmanship is okay, though the edges are a bit rough, which is kind of surprising. I guess I just expected the finishing to be a little more polished.

I ordered my usual ring size, but when it arrived it was way too small. Like, how is it that different?? I couldn’t even wear it, which was frustrating.

I’d seen a few people mention how nice the quality was, so I decided to give it a try, and I’m glad I did. The necklace feels well made and looks really in person. The clasp is a little tiny and can be a bit fiddly, but overall I’m really happy with it

I don’t want to be too harsh, but the material feels a little cheaper than I expected. It’s not terrible, and it might work fine depending on what you need it for, but personally I’d be a bit careful if you’re expecting something really high quality.

It looks decent at first, but for the price, I really expected a lot better. The quality just doesn’t match what I paid, and it feels like I overpaid. I’m disappointed and will probably be reaching out to customer service because this doesn’t feel acceptable for the cost.
